IC-7700HF All Mode Transceiver SSB, CW, AM & FM

Two independent DSP units are built in: one for the transmitter & receiver and one for the spectrum display. You will enjoy a +40dBm 3rd order intercept point and ultra wide dynamic range. There is an automatic tracking preselector to reject out-of-band interference. Like the IC-7700 and IC-7800, the IC-7600 uses dual 32-bit floating-point Texas Instruments DSP chips with one for the radio other for the spectrum scope. 104dB dynamic range and +30dbm 3rd order intercept point is achieved on the HF bands. It utilizes a double superhet with an image-rejection 2nd mixer circuit providing improved in-band IMD. The 5.8 inch (diagonal) color WQVGA Display has a quick-start LED backlight and views well from any angle and you can even program your startup screen. The die-cast aluminum chassis and a large cooling fan help to stabilize the PA circuit, providing 100% full duty cycle operation. The new Pro version features 32 bit floating point DSP and 24-bit AD/DA converter.  The ICOM IC-718 covers 160-10 meters. This radio is very easy to operate with one touch band switching, direct frequency input via keypad and auto tuning steps (senses the rate at which the tuning knob is turned). The receiver section features IF shift, Adjustable noise blanker, RIT and optional DSP /Noise Reduction. These big rig features give you the necessary tools to fight interference. You get 99 regular memories and 2 scan edge memories. The transmit section features up to 100 watts of RF output, a Morse keyer is built-in. The meter shows output power, ALC and VSWR. The layout and basic operation of this rig is simple, but through a menu system you can adjust many operational parameters such as: peak-hold on the meter, mode lock out, RF/SQL knob behavior, key type, etc.

ICOM IC-T70A
